CommoLive Mobile Application End User License Agreement

License

Ingress Technology LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the CommoLive mobile application solely for authorized community management purposes and in accordance with this End User License Agreement.

Authorized Use

You may use the application only if you are authorized by an applicable HOA, community association, property management company, or Ingress Technology. Your access may depend on your role, community approval, and account status.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, interfere with, or misuse the application except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Mobile Permissions

The application may request camera access, notifications, or storage access to support features such as driver's license scanning, QR code scanning, document upload, community alerts, and profile or registration workflows.

Ownership

The application and related software, designs, trademarks, and materials are owned by Ingress Technology LLC or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Updates

Ingress Technology may provide updates, bug fixes, or modifications to the application. Some features may not function properly if you do not install current updates.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement or lose authorization to access the applicable community environment. Upon termination, you must stop using the application.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingress Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
